I believe leadership is ultimately an act of stewardship. The responsibility of a leader isn’t simply to deliver results. It’s to develop people, strengthen organizations, and leave both better than you found them.

My career has given me the opportunity to do that from several perspectives: as a senior organizational leader, manager of managers, educator, mentor, and writer.

I’m particularly interested in connecting with organizations and leaders who are thinking seriously about leadership development, organizational effectiveness, management education, and building the next generation of leaders.
